Anatolian Sounds x Nordic Pop

AySay is a Turkish/Kurdish/Danish band that combines Anatolian roots/folk with Nordic electronica.

Led by Danish/Kurdish Luna Ersahin, who expresses her curious spirit in lyrics, song and saz, the trio AySay has created an open universe forbridge-building music. A platform for Middle Eastern journeys in Nordic landscapes. With Aske Døssing Bendixen on percussion, and Carl West Hosbond on guitar, AySay’s pop arrangements are modern folk in form and narrative.

For the active listener, AySay’s music is colorful, interwoven and surprising. For the dancing listener, the music will be enthralling, groovy and uplifting. And for those who use music for an inner journey, Luna’s voice and lyrics will show depth, honesty and hope.
